Artéteca Internal Assistant is an internal tool that helps the Artéteca team handle routine operational work more efficiently. It is not a public or consumer application: it is not offered to the general public, it is not sold as a service, and there is no public sign-up.
Who can use it
Access is restricted to authorized Artéteca staff. The Assistant can only work with a Google Account after the owner of that account has explicitly authorized it.
How it connects to Google Workspace
The Assistant connects to Google Workspace through Google OAuth. During authorization, Google shows the account owner which permissions are being requested, and access is granted only if the owner approves them. The authorization can be revoked at any time from the security settings of the Google Account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google services it can access
Once authorized, the Assistant can access the following services with read and write access:
- GmailEmail and mailbox
- Google DriveFiles and folders
- Google DocsDocuments
- Google SheetsSpreadsheets
The Assistant can read and modify data in these services when this is needed to carry out tasks requested by authorized staff or authorized internal workflows.
What it is used for
The Assistant is used for internal operational activities of the restaurant, including:
- Email management — searching and reading emails, creating drafts, sending and replying to emails, and organizing the mailbox and its labels.
- Document retrieval — searching for and reading files stored in Google Drive.
- Document editing — creating, editing, organizing, moving and deleting files, and reading and editing Google Docs.
- Spreadsheet operations — reading and editing Google Sheets and updating the data they contain.
- Reporting and analysis — preparing internal reports and analyses from the restaurant's own data.
- Internal automation — automating repetitive operational tasks.
How Google user data is used
Google user data accessed by the Assistant is used only for Artéteca's internal operational purposes. It is not sold, it is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with unrelated third parties. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
